Arrival Transfer - From FCO/CIA airports to Rome
Please make sure we have all the details we need, your phone number, flight carrier, flight number and origin. We’ll track your flight online, but please keeping in mind the time zone difference, call us or text us if your flight is delayed! If you’re still in a different time zone when you learn about the delay, please don’t notify us via email,
WhatsApp or text would be better,
as we only check our email during office hours, 9:30am / 7:30pm.
Local Time
Please make sure you have our phone numbers with you and your cell phone is turned on.
You’ll find your driver in the public lounge, once you’ll have collected your luggage and cleared customs. Your driver will be posting your name.
Your luggage recollection and custom clearance normally take about 40 minutes.
You’ll relax when you’ll meet your driver, you’ll finally be in good hands and start enjoying your holiday!
Departure Transfer - From Rome to FCO/CIA airports
You’ll be met at your place at the time you requested.
We suggest leaving the hotel 3 hours prior to flight departure time.
The ride to the airport normally takes about one hour but, depending on where your place of stay is located, it could take more or less time.
Please discuss your pickup time with us when booking your transfer.
