When you arrive at the airport you will collect your luggage and clear customs, and exit to the public lounge where all the passengers come out. There you will find your driver posting your name. Make sure you have your cell phone turned on, and our numbers with you. Generally from the moment the plane lands it takes 40 minutes to get to the public lounge. As soon as you meet your driver you can relax as you are in good hands and start to enjoy your holiday!
We will ask you to give us the details of your travel details, flight carrier, number etc, or cruise details. If you have a delay you can contact us briefly, via whatsapp, email or phone call, from then on we will track online your arrival time.
Transfer from the seaport of Civitavecchia.
From Civitavecchia to Rome normally takes between 1 Hrs and 1.5 Hrs depending on traffic conditions. Instead, the return trip Rome to Civitavecchia is usually only an hour, as it’s easier leaving Rome.
Your driver will take you to your hotel, or if you have booked one of our fabulous golf cart tours, or our combined golf cart tour with Vatican Tour/Colosseum Tour the driver will take you directly to your guide to start your tour, and at the end of the tour he will collect you from your guide and whisk you back to the port. A completely stress free day, a truly memorable day in one of the most famous cities of the world, ensuring you have used your time available to the utmost.

After visiting Rome you may want to see more of Italy, there is so much to see and such a varied choice, Tuscany and Florence, Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, perhaps stopping at Pompeii on the way. Or maybe you already have in mind another itinerary, or would like us to advise you. Or you have rented a villa and need to get there from your point of arrival. Anything is possible, just ask. We strongly suggest that if you transfer from town to town you take advantage of sightseeing towns along the way, there is so much to see. Just as an example between Rome and Florence, some of the fascinating towns on this route are Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Todi, Assisi, Sienna, San Gimignano.
